Just Cause 3 was an energetic, high octane adventure that unfortunately the developer continuously ran into the ground. Not necessarily with trivial downloadable content, but the many patches over the last year have actually made performance on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One significantly worse.
Unfortunately, while many of these issues are yet to be ironed out, Square Enix is putting out a Gold Edition of the game fourteen months after its initial release. This Gold Edition will come with the base game, the expansion pass, and all the weapons and vehicles added post release.
At the current time, the Gold Edition has been only announced for Europe and PAL regions in April, with North American release details still unknown.
